If an item has been broken in transit we will offer a full refund in the scenario that we are unable send another piece.
Please be mindful prior to purchasing change of mind is not permitted. To avoid any disappointment before the sale is final please note all your queries.
As per our T&C's slight imperfections such as minor gashes, pits or colour variations will not be classified as a permitted reason for exchange. That is the beauty of purchasing your own individual piece of natural stone. No two are the same.
Photos are taken from our end before packaging for quality assurance purposes and each piece has been carefully boxed and bubble wrapped. Buyers are required to check items immediately upon receipt.
In the event that the goods are broken upon receipt, within 24 hours of receiving goods you should email us with photographs and a description on DM or at email@example.com
Failure to notify any damages within this 24 hour timeframe will void the process of a exchange.
