We do not ship to PO BOXES please provide a delivery address 

DELIVERY RATES 

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $12 or FREE for orders over $150 ( 3-12 days)

Express shipping is a flat rate of $45 (1-3 days)

International shipping (orders outside of Australia) is a flat rate of $40  

DISPATCH TIME

If your order has been paid in full and funds have been cleared most orders are fulfilled and dispatched within 2-5 business days. In support of slow interiors we don’t mass produce in order to minimise waste and avoid over producing. Il Pietra accepts no responsibility for delays once the tracking number has been supplied and dispatched from our warehouse. All items purchased from il Pietra are made pursuant to a shipment contract. With that being said, the risk of loss and the entitlement for lost items are passed to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
